OBJECT OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention falls within the field of agricultural machinery and, specifically, refers to a sowing cereal sowing machine with mechanical dosing, of the type that the seeds fall from the hopper to the groove of the earth by gravity, and of those that are likely to be deployed horizontally, which differs by being built on an arc-shaped and grooved chassis, which is lighter and stronger than today.
Said planter also includes some sowing elements or openers, which differ from the current ones because they have a system to bury the seed that prevents it from getting too deep into the ground. And it also contains another differentiating fact, and this is that each of its sowing elements or openers has a rubber shock absorber that avoids the impacts that these openers produce when sowing in hard or rocky terrain. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Currently, sowing cereal spurts with mechanical dosing, those of the type that the seeds fall from the hopper to the groove of the earth by gravity, and those that are likely to be deployed horizontally, are built on chassis that are composed of structural tube stringers of different sizes and sections. These stringers are responsible for holding, above them, the hopper of the seeds; and, below them, to the sowing elements or openers in the earth.
These stringers are always placed parallel to each other and are always located in the same horizontal plane. And, in addition, they have to be strong enough to hold the hopper of the seeds and so that they do not flex or bend when the

machine sows on land whose surface is not flat, but curved, since if they flex or bend, the hopper that is coupled on top of them ends up cracking. And to prevent this from happening, said stringers are of large and very heavy sections, resulting in the chassis that make up very heavy, and consequently the seeder is also heavy, so we need a more powerful tractor to be able to carry said seeder.
The current way of building the chassis of the seeders with the stringers in the same horizontal plane, and without grooves, is less advantageous than with the new form presented here, because it carries more material and, in addition, the machine is heavier, and that Difference in weight makes it less competitive, since more force is needed both when transporting it and when working with it, with the consequent increase in energy consumption and pollution.
All this problem is avoided with the new arc-shaped and grooved chassis incorporated in the new seeder presented here, since being the stringers that make up the chassis joined together, in the form of an arc, and located in horizontal planes at different heights, being these lighter stringers and smaller sections, we have found that more stiffness and resistance is achieved than with heavier stringers of larger sections, but located in the same horizontal plane, making the machine lighter and more competitive.
At present, sowing cereal spurts with mechanical dosing, of the type that the seeds fall from the hopper to the groove of the earth by gravity, of which
said sowing elements or openers are exits to drop the seeds, so that these seeds fall to the bottom of the grooves vertically and just behind the opener element. In other words, if the opener is stuck in the ground, for example, 7 cm., The seed will remain 7 cm. deep (the ideal depth for cereal seeds ranges from 2 to 4 cm.) But this way of depositing the seeds presents an important problem, especially in agricultural fields whose surface is not completely flat, but presents undulations or irregularities, or in fields that in addition to presenting undulations or irregularities, have very light, soft and

easy to penetrate, since there are abresurcos elements that can not be prevented from digging into the earth much more than desired and, consequently, the seed deposited by these abresurcos elements is too deep, which runs the risk of not being born and be lost.
This problem is solved with the new seed outflow that the abresurcos elements of the new seeder presented here carry, since this new seed exit prevents the seed from getting deep, although these elements are stuck in the ground more than desired.
At present, the sowing of cereals to chorrillo with mechanical dosage, of those of the type that the seeds fall from the hopper to the furrow of the earth by gravity and of which
said sowing elements springs that allow these elements to be able to withdraw backwards when they hit a stone or other obstacle in the ground. And once they overcome it, these planting elements return to their initial position with a lot of energy, which said springs transmit to them, producing a great impact that is very detrimental to the whole mechanism carried by said planting elements and causing said mechanism to be deteriorate very quickly. And it is also very annoying the noise they produce, especially in fields with many stones, in which the noise becomes almost unbearable.
All this problem is solved with a rubber damper that has been installed in each and every one of the planting elements of the new seeder presented here, and that dampens that great impact and all the problems that produce such impact. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to a sowing cereal sowing machine, with mechanical dosing, of the type that the seeds fall from the hopper to the groove of the earth by gravity, and of those that are capable of being deployed horizontally, which difference by being mounted on an innovative arc-shaped and grooved chassis, which is made up of stringers. These stringers are made of tube

structural and they are joined together by means of pieces that are welded from some beams to others, being all united, forming a welded structure. Said structural tube stringers are arranged parallel to each other, in two horizontal planes located at different heights, such that the stringers outside the
5 chassis go in a lower horizontal plane than the central stringers, which go in another higher horizontal plane. And this difference in height between the outer stringers and the central stringers makes the chassis that they form between all the stringers joined together more rigid and resistant.
10 This arched and grooved chassis supports, above it, the seed hopper; and, below, to the planting elements. Said arc-shaped and grooved chassis has telescopic extensions at its ends, which are constructed of a structural tube, and whose section measurement coincides with the interior of the hollow of the structural tubes of the stringers that form the arc-shaped chassis and grooved These
15 telescopic extensions are inserted inside the structural tubes of the stringers that make up the chassis, entering and exiting, and moving inside these tubes by means of hydraulic cylinders. Specifically, these extensions are inserted into the structural tubes of the stringers, reducing the width of the machine to circulate to a size less than 3.05 meters. And these same extensions come from inside the
20 structural tubes of the stringers, increasing the width of the machine to sow to a measure greater than 4 meters.
The structural tubes of the stringers that make up the arc-shaped chassis have a length that is approximately equal to the width of the seeder when it is shrunk, that is, 3 meters. Said structural tubes of the stringers have at the ends, on their lower face, grooves that allow the supports of the sowing elements that are located in the telescopic extensions to pass when they are inserted into the structural tubes of the stringers to shrink The width of the machine. These structural tubes of the stringers also carry, above, that is,
30 on its upper face - some small soldier pillars that are responsible for supporting the hopper of the seeds.

Another novelty that contains the machine presented here is the exit of seeds that carry the sowing elements or openers through which they deposit the seed in the groove of the earth, and that exit causes that the fall of said seed is delayed. This delay in the fall gives sufficient time for after passing the planting elements, and that these open a groove in the ground, part of said groove is closed by the effect of collapse of the sides of said groove, giving Time for this to happen. And, therefore, the seed no longer falls at the bottom of the groove but is located higher, which is achieved by bringing the planting elements out of the seeds through a piece that is tilted back in its section final. And that inclined exit deposits the seeds after
10 the groove has already been partially closed, and preventing said seed from being located at the bottom of said groove.
Another innovation that contains the seeder described here is that it carries in each and every one of the planting elements a rubber damper that dampens the impact that
15 produce such planting elements when they hit a stone or other obstacle in the ground. This shock absorber is located at the top of said sowing elements and avoids the impact produced by the sowing element when it returns to its initial position, bound by the protective spring, after having overcome the obstacle that was on the ground. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS:
To complement the description that is being made here of the invention, and in order to help a better understanding of the design that characterizes the machine
25 seeder exposed here, is accompanied, as an integral part of said description, a set of schematic drawings in which, with a merely illustrative and non-limiting nature, and not being of a faithful and determining accuracy, the following has been represented:

With the help of Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the embodiment of the invention presented here is described, which refers to a sowing cereal sowing machine with mechanical dosing of those of the type that the seeds fall from the hopper of the seeds (3) to the groove of the earth by gravity, and of those that are susceptible to be deployed horizontally, which is differentiated by being mounted on a novel arc-shaped chassis and grooved (as seen in Figure 1), which is composed of structural tube stringers (1A, 1B). Said structural tube beams (1A, 1B) are joined together by means of pieces (2) that are welded from some beams (1A, 1B) to others, all of which are joined together, forming a welded structure. These stringers (1A, 1B) are arranged parallel to each other, in two horizontal planes, at different heights, such that the stringers (1A) outside the chassis go in a horizontal plane lower than the central stringers (1B), which go in another higher horizontal plane. And this difference in height between the outer stringers (1A) and the central stringers (1B) makes the chassis that they form between all the stringers (1A, 1B) joined together to have an arc shape.
This arched and grooved chassis holds the hopper of the seeds above it (3); and, below it, to the sowing elements (4). Said arc-shaped and grooved chassis has telescopic extensions (5) at its ends, which are constructed of

structural tube, and whose section measurement coincides with the interior of the hollow of the structural tubes of the stringers (1A, 1B) that form the chassis in the form of a slotted arc. These telescopic extensions (5) get inside the structural tubes of the stringers (1A, 1B), entering and leaving, and moving inside these stringers (1A, 1B), by means of hydraulic cylinders (6 ). Thus, when said telescopic extensions (5) get inside the stringers (1A, 1B), the width of the machine for transport is reduced, to a measure less than 3.05 meters. And when these extensions (5) leave the stringers (1A, 1B), the width of the machine is increased, to sow to a measure greater than 4 meters.
The structural tube stringers (1A, 1B) that make up the arc-shaped and grooved chassis have a length that is approximately equal to the width of the planter when it is shrunk, that is, 3 meters. Said stringers (1A, 1B) have grooves (7) at the ends, on their lower face, which allow the supports (12) of the sowing elements (4) that are located in the telescopic extensions (7) to pass through them. 5), when said extensions (5) get inside the stringers (1A, 1B) to shrink the width of the machine.
The stringers (1A, 1B) carry above that is, on their upper face - a few small pillars (8) welded to support the hopper of the seeds (3).
Another innovation that contains the example of realization of the seeder presented here is the exit of seeds (9) that carry the sowing elements or openers (4), by means of which they deposit the seed in the groove of the earth. This outlet (9) has an inclined design that causes the fall of said seeds to be delayed. This outlet (9) is a hollow piece, through which the seeds come out and which is placed behind the abresurcos (4), with an inclination of between 30º and 80º in relation to the horizontal line; and has a length between 5 and 15 cm.
Another novelty that contains the example of embodiment of the seeder described here is that it carries in all the sowing elements (4) a rubber damper (10), which is placed on the top of said sowing elements (4) and that cushion the impact produced by said planting element (4) when it returns to its forced position

vigorously by the protection spring (11), after overcoming an obstacle.
